Booking & Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY 📸
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.
• Outdoor & Mini Sessions: $65 deposit
• Studio Sessions & Event Photography: $100 deposit
The remaining balance is due 1 week before your scheduled session date. Please note: your session is NOT secured until the deposit has been received.
Any session booked outside of a 20-mile radius from the 33881 zip code will require a $25 travel fee, due at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
• Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled ONE time at no additional cost.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in session cancellation.
• A $25 rescheduling fee will apply if you wish to rebook your session.
While refunds are not given, I will always do my best to accommodate circumstances beyond the client’s control.

STUDIO SESSIONS
Studio rentals are booked through third-party photographers/studios. If you need to reschedule your studio session, an additional $75 studio rental fee may apply.
Refunds will not be provided if the agreed-upon studio session is missed.

MINI SESSIONS
Mini Sessions are scheduled back-to-back and are typically offered on ONE specific date only. Because of the limited availability and scheduling structure, mini sessions cannot be rescheduled.
Please arrive on time out of respect for both my schedule and the appointments of other clients.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
If an event falls behind schedule or experiences delays/disruptions, I will make every effort to adapt and capture the best possible images. However, I cannot guarantee the same quality or quantity of work that would have been achieved without scheduling interruptions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All retainers/deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the client cancels or changes the session date.
If K Mar Photography fails to appear for the scheduled session, the client’s retainer will be fully refunded.
If K Mar Photography must reschedule due to circumstances beyond control (including illness, family emergency, or severe weather), the retainer remains non-refundable but may be transferred to a new session date.
